Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting an Executive Salesman for Maputo.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any relevant field;
  • Basic notions of automotive products (trucks and buses);
  • Basics of retail finance;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a commercial representative or similar function;
  • Hard work and proven track record of successful business closed;
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Must be mobile and ready to move to the field;
  • Must have a driving license;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).


  • Driving Commercial vehicle retail sales in designated geography;
  • Find prospects and leads through field visit and marketing activities and convert them in sales;
  • Understand all potential customers’ needs, problems or desires and explain how our solutions can meet their needs/requirements;
  • Carry out marketing activities, demo, display & road show in the marketplace to generate pipeline;
  • Field visit report and pipeline reports to be fed in the system on daily basis;
  • Completing documentation process for retail finance and bank finance cases;
  • Collection of dues from the clients inf any;
  • Monitoring of competition activities & price trend of commercial vehicles.
