Feed Mill Manager

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Feed Mill Manager for Nampula.

Responsibilities

Scheduling feed production and Checking production records;
Scheduling feed production and Checking production records;
Keeping inventory of feed ingredients and ordering as needed;
Analysing and reviewing feed/grain quality and scheduling employee shifts;
Evaluating procedures, setting quality assurance standards, preparing, and monitoring budgets;
Guaranteeing all employees are trained on safety and maintenance of equipment’s.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related;
5+ years of professional experience in Feed Mill Management;
Be up to date on new technology and ways to make process improvements;
Knowledge of software used in the market;
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
